I worked in a shop get the operation and the people who change their shoes every 500 miles. Running 30-36 miles per week, so you should change your shoes every 4 months for. Try the shoes of a bull issued and runs on more surfaces such as grass to stay alive a bit longer!

My coach advised me to change shoes every 500 miles or less. 300-500 seems to be normal.

How do you run on a pair of shoes before they retire depends on three variables: the amount of a risk-averse they are, the budget for the operation of the shoe, and your bio-mechanics. If you do not want the risk of injury and does not care about money for running shoes to replace, then every 300 miles. If you are on a limited budget, excluding certain risks with excellent bio-mechanics, and run only infrequently an accident, you could also run up to 500 miles in a pair of shoes. Some people are more than 500 miles on his shoes, but it is very risky. The race is not an expensive sport, so you can if you play it safe and leave your shoes after 300 miles

400-500 miles is enough. I usually make a table with all my shoes. I usually 2 pairs of hiking trails and 2 pairs of road and turn around.
