Basel Cell Squamous Cell Carcinoma - The Atypia Extends Out Along The Basel Cell Layer To One Lateral Margin. Clarify?

Squamous cell carcinoma - the atypia extends out along the basel cell layer to one lateral margin. Clarify? - basel cell

They had removed a squamous cell carcinoma in situ. The report shows "atypia path extends along the cell adhesion layer Absai a series of hand ... this atypia may represent a rapidly developing area of the wound." My GP was not clear about the results, because the report does not clearly affecting margins.
Does this mean that not all tumors completely removed? Does this mean that we would see the place? The item was removed to 2.6 x 0.8 x 0.2 cm, but it is not there, disappeared round of this size in just 2 weeks.
The report further finds in the epidermis is poorly developed area of large keratinocyte acanthosis shows marked atypia, lack of maturation and increase the overall thickness of mitosis in the epidermis. Demal invasion is not identified.
Can someone clarify whether this one and wait to see, or the situation, if I remove more tissue? My family doctor is able to continue the treatment or should I consult a specialist?

It simply means that the surrounding area began to change morphologially to basal cell carcinomas but have yet to develop into cancer cells at ... Cancer can .... Not that it was not removed correctly

not a qualified doctor, but it is reassuring to know that this is a carcinoma in situ and was caught before they become malignant (no dermal invasion). The rapid growth and lack of maturation of cells are alarming. I think I see a dermatologist should be the next step.
