Shingles Ear Is This Lump A Normal Sign Of Shingles?

Is this lump a normal sign of shingles? - shingles ear

I have herpes and common skin rashes all over the back of the head and neck. I'm on medication and everything seems to be going well.

The eruptions but a little bit, because I'm still in my first few days. Today I have formed two pieces under my skin, at the same location as the eruptions. One of them is just below the ear and the other is on the left side of my neck. The bumps are about as large as one quarter and one type of motion when a little tip.

Is it just another symptom of shingles, or something more?

Please someone who knows this, I must say. I tried to read but can not find anything in it. I go to the doctor to ask again - but I know now.
